Escort Advertising Terms & Safety Policy

1. Adult-only platform

Advertisers and all persons depicted or described in escort advertising must be at least 18 years old and must have reached the applicable age of majority. Content involving or appearing to involve a minor is prohibited.

2. Advertising platform only

SinfulHub provides directory, advertising and promotional tools. Advertisers publish their own descriptions and direct contact details. SinfulHub does not negotiate, arrange or participate in appointments, and does not process payment for advertised in-person services.

3. Advertiser responsibility

The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listing, for having authority to represent every person advertised, and for holding the rights or permissions needed to publish submitted photographs, text and other content.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

No listing may promote or facilitate trafficking, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual activity, impersonation, content published without permission, illegal activity, or services prohibited by the law applicable to the advertiser or user.

5. Excluded markets

SinfulHub does not accept escort or agency listings located in the United States or Serbia. Attempts to bypass geographic restrictions may result in rejection or account action.

6. Moderation

Every escort and agency submission may be reviewed before publication. SinfulHub may approve, return a submission for correction, reject, suspend or remove a listing when information is incomplete, unverifiable, inconsistent with these rules, or presents a legal or safety concern.

7. Reporting

Every public escort profile includes a reporting mechanism. Reports concerning minors, coercion, trafficking or immediate safety concerns receive priority review. You may also contact support@sinfulhub.com.

8. Cooperation with lawful requests

SinfulHub may preserve records and respond to valid legal requests as required by applicable law. Serious reports may be escalated when legally required or necessary to address an immediate safety risk.

9. No guarantee or endorsement

Publication, moderation or a verification badge does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of identity, legality, availability or quality. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and compliance with applicable law.
