1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in an adult-industry affiliate program in your jurisdiction.
2. Attribution
Valid referrals use your unique affiliate identifier. The standard attribution window is 30 days. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, cookie stuffing and artificial attribution are prohibited.
3. Commission
The standard entry offer is 40% direct commission and 10% second-level commission. Direct customer commission eligibility lasts 36 months from locked attribution. Entry rates are locked for 24 months after affiliate approval. Commissions are pending for 30 days before becoming payable. Rejected, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or chargeback transactions do not qualify. SinfulHub may correct duplicate or erroneous commission entries.
4. Allowed promotion
You may use approved links, banners and truthful editorial promotion. You must clearly mark sponsored or affiliate promotions where required by law or platform policy.
5. Prohibited promotion
No spam, malware, forced redirects, misleading claims, impersonation, trademark abuse, illegal content, traffic involving minors, non-consensual content, deceptive ads, cookie stuffing, fake leads or automated/fraudulent traffic.
6. Brand and creatives
Approved SinfulHub creatives may be used only to promote SinfulHub. Do not materially alter the logo or imply ownership, partnership or endorsement beyond participation in the affiliate program.
7. Payouts
The current minimum payout is 50.00 USDT-equivalent. Supported crypto networks are shown in the dashboard. Affiliates are responsible for providing a correct compatible wallet address. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
8. Taxes and compliance
You are responsible for your own taxes, reporting obligations, advertising disclosures and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
9. Suspension and termination
SinfulHub may suspend tracking, withhold disputed commissions or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, prohibited traffic or material breach of these terms. Legitimately earned undisputed balances remain subject to the normal payout process unless prohibited by law.
10. Changes
Material changes may require acceptance of a new terms version before further affiliate tools or payouts are available.
11. Program relationship
Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership or franchise relationship. Affiliates control their own promotional activity and costs.
